Attached to the Circular Letter No. 09/2008 is a revised version of the motion of the ECU Board regarding the Tournament Rules (item 10 of the Agenda of the General Assembly on 22 November 2008 in Dresden).
The voting right in the General Assembly depends on the settlement of the invoices sent to all federations.

Arrival in Dresden

On Tuesday, November 4, 2008, the first participants in the Chess Olympiad Dresden 2008 (November 12-25) arrived at the Dresden International Airport: 13 players from India.
